Christmas Shipping Information
It’s that time of year for everyone to begin worrying about when they will have that present that they’re so excited to get for their loved one will arrive and so this information is here to help alleviate your worries and give you the best information on how to plan your shop with Penguinsbite. Due to Covid-19, normal posting times can’t be fully expected though a lot of the world has slowly resumed quicker delivery times. The information relayed here will be based on UK Royal Mail, which is the service that I use for all post at the moment.
Preorders / Reorders
If you have made an order for a preorder / reorder, please be aware that these are unlikely to arrive to international shoppers by Christmas but hopefully will arrive to UK shoppers if all goes well. At times there can be delays from the manufacturer, or they may be delayed by the delivery system, covid-19 restrictions, customs etc and that’s not counting the awful possibility that there may be issues with the product when they arrive! So it’s not worth planning them into Christmas in my humble opinion.
International Economy
Unfortunately, any orders on International Economy will likely not arrive in time for Christmas and will arrive after the holidays. If you’re not rushing to get things by Christmas, then this option is still available. But this option is no good for Christmas presents!
For UK shoppers
As I’m a UK seller, you can be breathe a sigh of relief! For post to arrive by Christmas, we can take orders until 15 DECEMBER - which is actually the date the store will close for the year! However, for your own sanity, make sure you order early to escape the Christmas rush of a very likely even busier postal system this winter.
For EU Shoppers
Shipping between the UK and the EU is still fairly speedy and I would suggest that it is safe to order from the store using standard or tracked shipping until 30 November. Any orders after that may be expected to arrive after the holiday season.
International Shoppers (Beyond EU)
Unfortunately, you’ll need to shop early if you want me to deliver products out to you if you want them by Christmas. I recommend you use standard or tracked shipping before 25 November for me to get the order to the post office and hopefully into your post-box by Christmas! Any orders after the 25 November can be expected to arrive after Christmas.
